Not the right fit? Here's how returns work at VaporStrap. Short version: 30 days, unworn, tags on.
The window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
What we take back
Items must be unworn, with the tags still attached.
How to start a return
Email VaporStrap54@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're sending back. We'll reply with where to send it.
Return shipping
You cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If something shows up defective, damaged, or wrong, that's on us. Email VaporStrap54@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. Return shipping is free, and you choose: a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
